can: bcm: fix hrtimer/tasklet termination in bcm op removal
When removing a bcm tx operation either a hrtimer or a tasklet might run.
As the hrtimer triggers its associated tasklet and vice versa we need to
take care to mutually terminate both handlers.

rt2x00: fix clk_get call
clk_get() takes two arguments and might return ERR_PTR(), so we
have to nullify pointer on that case, to do not break further call
to clk_get_rate().
