make: help: consolidate <toolnames> to <tool>
In some part of the help text, we speak about <toolnames> in some other <toolname>. Lets consolidate this to <tool> to avoid any possible confusion. Signed-off-by: Daniel Borkmann <dborkman@redhat.com>
