mausezahn: Support -R to set packet priority
Add a command line option -R to specify SO_PRIORITY socket option. This then sets priority of the generated SKBs, which is handy for testing Qdiscs and other priority-dependent functionality. Signed-off-by: Petr Machata <petrm@mellanox.com> Signed-off-by: Tobias Klauser <tklauser@distanz.ch>

ions and the plain NEON AES implementations in CBC and CTR modes to return the next IV back to the skcipher API client. This is necessary for chaining to work correctly. Note that for CTR, this is only done if the request is a round multiple of the block size, since otherwise, chaining is impossible anyway.
