mausezahn: Support -R to set packet priority
Add a command line option -R to specify SO_PRIORITY socket option. This then sets priority of the generated SKBs, which is handy for testing Qdiscs and other priority-dependent functionality. Signed-off-by: Petr Machata <petrm@mellanox.com> Signed-off-by: Tobias Klauser <tklauser@distanz.ch>

ove them and all related code. Remove also the now pointless cpu notifier error injection mechanism. The states can be executed step by step and error rollback is the same as cpu down, so any state transition can be tested w/o requiring the notifier error injection. Some CPU hotplug states are kept as they are (ab)used for hotplug state tracking.
