trafgen: parser: Add 'drnd()' function for proto fields
Add syntax for specify dynamic random function for proto field:
drnd() | drnd(min, max)
EXAMPLE:
{ udp(sport=drnd()) }
{ udp(sport=drnd(1000, 2000)) }
