iwlwifi: mvm: fix D3 replay counter value
This fixes a long-standing bug that was introduced when this code was introduced: cfg80211 passes a pointer, but we treat it as if it was passing a value. The result is that we pass the pointer to the firmware, instead of the value. It's not clear how this could ever have worked, unless the firmware is ignoring this value. a single reference (no PERCPU_COUNT_BIAS, and __PERCPU_REF_DEAD, __PERCPU_REF_ATOMIC set) and no requests. However, conditions at the time of the race are count of PERCPU_COUNT_BIAS + 0 and __PERCPU_REF_DEAD and __PERCPU_REF_ATOMIC set. The fix is to make the tryget routines use an actual boolean internally instead of the atomic long result truncated to a int.
