bnxt_en: Use event bit map in RX path.
In the current code, we have separate rx_event and agg_event parameters to keep track of rx and aggregation events. Combine these events into an u8 event mask with different bits defined for different events. This way, it is easier to expand the logic to include XDP tx events. d isolate it away from memory allocators anyway. Note that just reverting 129766708 alone is not enough on v4.9-rc1+ to fix the regression on affected hardware, as this commit: ab72a27da ("x86/efi: Consolidate region mapping logic") later made the first physical frame not to be mapped anyway.
