hns_enet: use cpumask_var_t for on-stack mask
On large SMP builds, we can run into a build warning: drivers/net/ethernet/hisilicon/hns/hns_enet.c: In function 'hns_set_irq_affinity.isra.27': drivers/net/ethernet/hisilicon/hns/hns_enet.c:1242:1: warning: the frame size of 1032 bytes is larger than 1024 bytes [-Wframe-larger-than=] The solution here is to use cpumask_var_t, which can use dynamic allocation when CONFIG_CPUMASK_OFFSTACK is enabled. ernor can be used with intel_pstate, which will modify HWP.EPP to 0. Or third, starting in 4.10, the /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/policy*/energy_performance_preference attribute in can be updated from "balance_power" to "performance". Or fourth, apply this patch, which fixes the erroneous setting of MSR_IA32_POWER_CTL BIT_EE on this model, allowing the default configuration to function as designed.
