net: mellanox: switchx2: use new api ethtool_{get|set}_link_ksettings
The ethtool api {get|set}_settings is deprecated. We move this driver to new api {get|set}_link_ksettings. As I don't have the hardware, I'd be very pleased if someone may test this patch. This infrastructure will allow to propagate fabric-wide events such as port bridging, VLAN configuration, etc. If a DSA switch driver cares about cross-chip configuration, such events can be caught. Change to state setter helper accordingly to simplify callers. Signed-off-by: Vivien Didelot <vivien.didelot@savoirfairelinux.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Be consistent and unassign dp->bridge_dev when this happens. In the meantime, add comments to document this behavior. Return NOTIFY_DONE when we did not care about an event, and NOTIFY_OK when we were concerned but no error occurred, as the API suggests.
